When researching the project my initial reaction was one of awe at the beauty of the landscape surrounding my section of the wall. The drive was spectacular and changed each time I visited. My first thoughts were to focus on the plants and flowers surrounding the wall but the more I looked the more captivated I became with the patterns created by the different crops, fields and white dots of sheep grazing – forming a living patchwork.
